Delivery terms

Effective since 1 May 2014


All products in this store are sold by PlatinOro Oy, Finnish business ID 2498468-1. We sell products to private persons who are over 18, internationally. We reserve the right change product prices and prices of delivery.


Products are ordered mainly through Internet on shopping basket. After order has been placed a confirmation e-mail will be send, including price of the order, delivery fees, and the goods ordered. In order to receive a confirmation e-mail the customer must supply us with his/her e-mail address during the order process. The customer is obliged to comply with these delivery terms during every order.

Payment options

All products and delivery fees will be charged during the order process. Payments can be made with the following ways: All major Finnish online banking accounts (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), and credit cards, Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. All payments are handled thourgh Checkout's website. 

All payments are handled by Checkout in cooperation with finnish banks and credit institutions. Purchases with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard-cards will show Paytrail Oyj as the beneficiary, who will forward the payments to PlatinOro. Checkout has got authorization from Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Online banks

Transfering online payments is handled by Checkout in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user it works exactly like making traditional online payments.

Delivery times

Products that are available in our warehouse will be shipped in 2-4 weekdays, deliveries elsewhere to Europe will ship in 1-2 weeks. Products that have abnormal delivery times will have a notice in them.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. The amount of shipping costs will be confirmed during the order process, when the way of payment and shipping have been selected. The customer will receive a tracking code for the order.

Change and return options

According to Finnish law the customer has got a 14 day notice period to change or return the order. Only goods that are in their original boxes, unused and in a sellable condition can be returned. 

If the goods are wished to be returned following information needs to be included with the parcel:

  • order number
  • name, address and phone number of the customer
  • all necessary bank details for the refund, including account number and bank code (IBAN/BIC)
  • a copy of the delivery note

We will not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded to the customers bank account.

Problem situations in delivery and with defective goods

If the product has gone missing during the delivery, corrupted or the customer has received a wrong product, he/she should contact us immediately in 

A notice of a faulty delivery or a defective products should be given within 14 days of receiving the order. If the parcel has been broken during the delivery, the customer should contact the shipping company immediately and make a complaint.
